The F&P provides periodically paid service, disability, termination and death benefits for its retired members and eligible beneficiaries.

F&P retirees and beneficiaries are reminded that it is extremely important to maintain a current mailing address with the F&P. If your address changes, please complete an F&P Change of Address form in the Forms section below. The F&P does not accept change of address information by telephone or e-mail.
